To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking an experienced:
Welder
Being the ideal Welder at Kuldipsingh Equipment N.V., we expect you to independently interpret technical drawings, accurately measure, cut, and weld materials, and deliver high-quality finished products. You’re responsible for maintaining equipment, following safety procedures, proactively solving issues, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks with attention to detail.
As a Welder, you will independently be responsible for:
- Inspecting, assembling, and fabricating structures based on technical drawings (blueprints)
- Measuring and cutting materials in preparation for welding processes
- Monitoring voltage and wire feed speed of welding equipment to ensure proper metal fusion
- Always following safe working procedures
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to the supervisor
- Delivering finished products that meet specified quality standards and order requirements
- Processing assigned products according to specified sequences and guidelines
- Performing preventive maintenance and keeping machinery and work areas clean
- Independently solving issues arising during the production process
- Proper utilization of prescribed materials
- Performing additional tasks supporting the production process.
Your profile:
- Knowledge of production techniques related to welding
- Knowledge of the aesthetic finishing of products
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and their correct usage
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of welding procedures applicable to various metals (e.g., steel, aluminum, and cast iron)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a welder, skilled in various welding techniques and tools
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- A quality-driven mindset to deliver excellent results within deadlines
- Valid driver’s license category B/E-C
- Good command of the Dutch language.
