To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking an experienced:
Maintenance Forman
As a Maintenance Foreman at Kuldipsingh Equipment N.V., you’ll be expected to effectively supervise and guide our team of mechanics, ensuring timely completion and quality control of maintenance tasks. Your role involves clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings. We rely on your leadership and technical expertise to maintain smooth operations and achieve our equipment reliability goals.
As a Maintenance Foreman, you will independently be responsible for:
- Supervising and coaching the mechanics
- Inspecting the work performed in the shop
- Monitoring and ensuring tasks are completed within set timeframes
- Reporting to and advising the Shop Supervisor regarding maintenance activities
- Evaluating and appraising the mechanics’ performance
- Being available for standby duty outside regular working hours
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- A completed technical education (NATIN/AMTO) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training and courses for mechanics
- Knowledge and skills in repairing Heavy Equipment: mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
