Kuldipsingh Equipment N.V. is the specialist in Suriname for heavy equipment rental, specialized transportation, and waterborne logistics.
The company primarily rents heavy equipment, such as cranes, tractors, and trailers, including skilled drivers or operators. Another key activity involves arranging special transportation via trucks. Kuldipsingh Equipment provides end-to-end transport solutions for all related operational activities. Additionally, the logistics branch of Kuldipsingh Equipment operates via waterways, equipped with push boats, pontoons, barges, and work islands.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking an experienced:

HR Manager

As a HR Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing strategic HR core processes, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance & competency management, HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. You develop and implement policies related to employer branding, employment conditions, and change management. Your data-driven approach and advisory role towards management contribute to sustainable employability and alignment between human capital and organizational objectives.

 

As an independent HR Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the HR team to effectively support organizational goals
  • Ensuring an effective performance management system, including assisting managers in goal-setting and conducting performance reviews
  • Strategically attracting and retaining talent to build a robust talent pool supporting business growth
  • Initiating and guiding organizational change processes, including cultural transformations and structural improvements
  • Monitoring HR data and translating it into strategic insights to enhance HR processes and optimize business results
  • Developing absenteeism management strategies and maintaining a productive workplace climate
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies, guiding the HR supervisor in executing legal requirements.

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Completed MSc degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in HR
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar (leadership) HR position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
