The company primarily rents heavy equipment, such as cranes, tractors, and trailers, including skilled drivers or operators. Another key activity involves arranging special transportation via trucks. HR Manager
As a HR Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing strategic HR core processes, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance & competency management, HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. You develop and implement policies related to employer branding, employment conditions, and change management. Your data-driven approach and advisory role towards management contribute to sustainable employability and alignment between human capital and organizational objectives.
As an independent HR Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Leading the HR team to effectively support organizational goals
- Ensuring an effective performance management system, including assisting managers in goal-setting and conducting performance reviews
- Strategically attracting and retaining talent to build a robust talent pool supporting business growth
- Initiating and guiding organizational change processes, including cultural transformations and structural improvements
- Monitoring HR data and translating it into strategic insights to enhance HR processes and optimize business results
- Developing absenteeism management strategies and maintaining a productive workplace climate
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies, guiding the HR supervisor in executing legal requirements.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Completed MSc degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in HR
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar (leadership) HR position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
